Making the resurrection personal !

How many of us just think about the resurrection of Jesus on Easter? In Philippians 3:10 Paul wanted to know Christ and the power of his resurrection! Many might say that was Paul who wrote 2/3 of the bible, I'm not like Paul. The truth of it is, we are just as important to God as Paul, and if we are born again, we have Holy Spirit living in us! If you are serious about being a Christian then knowing this it will empower you more, that's the first step to power, it's knowing and understanding! We also have to make it personal to fully understand what the benefits are for us as believer's! Making it personal is a good place to start in order to move forward in this journey with Jesus. We just cant hear from others and expect to be victorious. There may come a time when all hell has broken loose in your life, and  you know that there is warfare going on, But the Victory is won!  It's in that power of resurrection you know you are "NOT" going to come out smelling like smoke, you have got the victory in Jesus! We should be so excited about that !

If you don't know what His resurrection paid for, then ask yourself do I really know Him? Its not a trick question, or a question to place condemnation on you. It's in knowing Him, and knowing what was done for us that we find the answer's, the victory, the peace, our  purpose for being  here! The resurrection has to be personal for you, think about when someone did something so special for you, maybe gave you a gift that you desired for years. It could of been money that you needed to pay off a debt.Think of how you would feel! It was so personal to you! I couldn't experience that  joy and emotion you felt, "why",  because it was personal to you!

His resurrection is not just a bible story for Easter, everyday its something to thank Him for and to celebrate it. Its a lifestyle of living in Power, not just in word principal's, but in Power to see things change in your life! I know I need to see things in my life change, I keep that relationship with Jesus fresh everyday. The bible says the kingdom of God is within us!

Its that resurrection power on the inside of us,knowing that nothing can take us down,  or hold us down! If the grave couldn't hold Jesus down then it cant hold us down, Holy Spirit lives in you as a Christian!

If oppression is hindering your life, if sickness or disease, or lack of any kind than let it be buried and let His resurrection give you  Victory! Jesus didn't do half a job at the cross, no he defeated everything, nothing no devil in hell could hold HIM IN THE GRAVE!

It's not what I do anymore, but its who I am now in Christ! Grace to cover all my mistakes I make, no self effort trying to earn His love or approval.To fully know Him, and the Power of His resurrection, I don't want to be guessing about Jesus when I need Him to come through, I want to fully know Him for myself and make it personal !

On the 3rd He got up! That is why we can be a Christian today! His resurrection qualifies us to come out of the grave of defeat and live with Him, sealed and signed, and delivered, with Power resurrection anointing!!
