Don't let the distractions of this world take you away, be led of the Spirit. We can change the atmosphere when we walk into a room. In the book of John 5: their was a man who was paralyzed who laid with others who were disabled, lame, blind. This man was this way for thirty eight years, and Jesus asked him "Do you want to get well"? I read that and wondered why ask this particular man when their were all the others as well. Well this man had an excuse as to why it wasn't happening for him.He didn't respond right to Jesus, he was caught up with what was happening around him. So Jesus was giving him the opportunity right their to change his life, GET UP! PICK UP YOUR MAT AND WALK! At once this mans life changed , he allowed the touch of God to change him. He allowed those words Jesus said to change him, to impact him and do something about it! Now if you read on Jesus met up with this man later on and said now that you have been made well , stop sinning or something worse may happen to you. It was a word of wisdom from the Master Himself how to stay in the Spirit and see success. This applies to every generation, see yourself on the inside first whole and healed, and with no excuses why its not working, and take up your mat and be made whole! He loves us and has so much for us!
We must get our eyes off of man and onto God. I believe for miracles signs and wonders to happen for us we must be changed in our thinking. A renewed mind meditating on His word day and night will bring you out of sickness, disease, lack of any kind . God is always waiting on us, not us waiting on God! This is our Prayer Lord God!
Eph 1:17 [For I always pray to] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of Him,
Eph 1:18 By having the eyes of your heart flooded with light, so that you can know and understand the hope to which He has called you, and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints (His set-apart ones),
